How The Church Is To Respond To Its Pastor

In II Thessalonians 3:1-5, Paul continues to transition from the doctrinal position of his letter to God’s commands for how to apply them to their lives. Here he shares four expectations that he has for how the church is to respond to him and the teachings and commands he has left them. Being recorded by the Holy Spirit as part of God’s New Testament canon means it is applicable today to any godly church’s response to a godly pastor’s leadership.
